What are the 3 different pendant lines?
All 3 lines offer unique, inspirational .925 sterling silver jewelry with rhodium finish for women and girls. The first is the original Be Inspired jewelry line. Perfect for everyday at home or work, and also dressy enough for evening wear. The second is the Bittybe’s line designed for young girls and teens. However, the smaller pendant size appeals to adults, too. The third line is the Christian inspired Beattitudes line based on the Eight Beatitudes of Jesus from Matthew 5:3-10. You can buy pendants from different lines because each word will hold a different motivational meaning for everybody.
What is .925 sterling silver?
It is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper.
What is the rhodium finish?
Rhodium is the most common plating material used for sterling silver. It provides a bright mirror-like finish and eliminates tarnishing. It also gives the jewelry piece the same high-quality look of platinum.
Do the chains have the rhodium finish, too?
Yes, all our necklace chains have the rhodium finish to give the look of platinum and to eliminate tarnishing.
Why do you offer the pendants without a chain or leather cord?
By selling the pendants separately, it gives the customer the opportunity to collect multiple word pendants and switch them using one chain or cord.
What are the different sizes of the pendants?
The larger pendants in the Be Inspired and Beattitudes lines are approximately 1″ × 7/8" including the bail, and the smaller Bittybe’s pendant is approximately 3/4″ × 3/4" including the bail.
How do I clean and store my sterling silver pendants?
Caring for your rhodium-plated sterling silver requires different care than regular non-plated silver jewelry. It is important to use a soft jewelry cloth. Never use chemical based silver cleaners or jewelry dips because these will damage the rhodium finish. Store your pieces in an airtight plastic bag, soft pouch or protective box to keep your pendants looking new.

Do you add sales tax on orders?
We are located in Colorado, therefore all orders shipped to Colorado residents will be charged 2.9% state sales tax.
How are the orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We charge a flat rate of $9.00 that includes shipping, insurance, packaging and handling costs. Packages also require signature confirmation.
What is the return policy?
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. E-mail us at returns at beinspiredjewelry.com for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We will send you a return form to include in your package. Then, ship back your merchandise with insurance and tracking number. Merchandise must be received as it was packaged. We reserve the right to reject a return if after inspection we determine that it has not been returned in the condition it was sent to the customer.
